If I could give this place negative stars then I would. Very unprofessional and unable to do the simplest task. Avoid at all costs.
worse customer service EVER!!! We have been customer for 10+ yrs went to the bank for some business and my little girl needed to use the bathroom and they didn't let her use the restroom.
The teller was not friendly and acted if he was better than me. I was thinking to change to this bank but thanks to him i will not.

Isn't it funny how people only put bad stuff and never go online when there's good stuff to say.... So it makes a business seem bad. But this particular Wells Fargo is by my boyfriend's house and since i live in Las Cruces, when I'm here in Rio rancho, I go here often to deposit my half of my rent into my nieces account so she can pay the rent... Everyone here is nice, polite and very helpful. I've never once got a weird look or the third degree why I was making this deposit. Every bank has problems and of course issues come up, but this bank has good ppl. I also banked with Wells Fargo in California for almost 10 years... Completely satisfied!!
