I get my hair done every month there. It is a great salon, with every need met. I was very surprised with their skin therapy. In addition, permanent make up is half the price and twice as good. I don't think you'll find a better place to get your hair done at a better price. If you find a stylist you like, you do need to make appointments. They really get to know their customers and take pride in the relationships they have with clients.
This salon wash cluttered and disorganized. Though the staff was friendly, it was a very unprofessional environment. The stylist that did my hair didn't have the knowledge or ability to highlight my hair the way that I wanted. After discussing it I decided not to have the color done and just have my hair trimmed. I have long layered hair. I asked just for a trim and clean up through my layers. I ended up with a blunt single layer cut. The stylist made me stand through half of my cut, jerked a fine tooth comb through my long dry hair and smacked her gum in my ear throughout the service. It was a miserable experience.
Don't let their webpage fool you, this place is not as good as it looks. I went in for a Balayage. After asking them if the did balayage and I ended up w getting half my hair bleached!!I tried to go somewhere else to get it fixed but after getting appraised another $150 I decided to call back and asked for it to get fixed I mean I had already paid $120!! I talked to the manager and he said for me to go back. Well I ended up getting uneven highlights with lots of spots. Don't go to this place and spend your money because they are not cheap and they don't do a good job.

WoW I am so glad I stopped in-I recently moved to New Mexico and needed to get my stray hairs in order BOY was I in for a surprise Salon Deluxe has EVERYTHING a girl (and guy) could want. Friendly and accommodating- staff-smiles and laughter ring out-George and Janice the owners are amazing,caring and tender- you are in GOOD quality hands. Superb products for every need. All you have to do is ask and they probably have it. Don't miss out on Rio Rancho's hidden secret the "Fountain of Youth"
