As I sit here 2 weeks later typing this review while on hold with Enterprise for the past 16 minutes to question a charge on my credit card for a car that was rented by my insurance I am pretty convinced that I most likely, given a choice, will not be renting from Enterprise again.

I have been renting from the Rio Rancho Enterprise location for several years for out of state travel. They have always been amazing and have gone above and beyond to meet my expectations. The current manager Jose is truly exceptional! I highly recommend them to anyone!

I gave 2 stars instead of 1 for the fact that Jose from Rio Rancho took it upon himself to reimburse that charge and deal with my insurance himself. Good on you, Jose. Thank you for that.

I wouldnt hesitate to go back to the same enterprise dealer next time i have a need to rent a car. Both the mgr and the employees are very professional and provided outstanding customer service! And the price was reasonable. Thank you enterprise!

Get up the next morning and get on the road. 2 hours into my drive the low tire pressure light comes on. This time I only had to stop once to put air.

I recently rented a car from the Rio Rancho Enterprise location. The staff were absolutely professional, and while the car was not exactly as I expected, it ended up working out great for our trip. The return was seamless. I would recommend this Enterprise office to anybody who needs a car in Rio Rancho or north Albuquerque.

This was the EASIEST rental experience ever! Booked in advance through the website, Marquis (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) was super helpful in giving us the information we needed and even let us pick up the car the night before. They upgraded us to a bigger vehicle and even though the window had a slight issue, it was well worth it. Returning it was just as easy. It worked out perfect for our trip, I will definitely be coming back here for our next rentals and I’ve already told others to try it out! Thanks you guys.

Called day before to make sure the correct car was available and confirm the time of pick-up. Got there at the confirmed time and the car wasn't available. Was given a different one and asked to come back later. Went back that day at noon and picked up the correct sized car. Got home and went to install a car seat mount and found the back seat covered in white dog hair. Spent the next 30 mins vacuuming the dog hair. Got in the car the next morning to drive to AZ and saw that 1 of the tires was at 30 psi. No problem, put some air. Got an hour into my drive and the tire pressure light came on. No problem, put some air. Every hour after that had to stop and put air. No problem, the drive was only 6 hrs. Woke up the next morning and saw a 4" x 4" puddle of oil underneath the car and a flat tire as expected. Called to explain the problem from point of rental and was told to take it to the nearest Enterprise to switch it out. Went to an Enterprise on Speedway in Tucson, AZ. Explained the tire and oil problem and was asked to take the car to Pep Boys to get it fixed. I'll say that again, I was asked like I was employee to take hours out of my short 2 day trip to get a rental car fixed. Slightly irritated, I said "no". After an inspection of the car I was turning in was done it was determined that I was responsible for a dent on the passenger door. I was told to file a claim with my insurance and pay the deductible before they could switch the car out. I was sure that the dent was annotated but the agent said it wasn't. I called the point of original rental and explained the issue. They told me to have the agent check the notes. He did and observed that the dent was annotated. He "forgot" to check the notes is what he said. Waited a bit, not long, for a car to show up. Dodge Journey shows up. Good enough. Agent opens it up to inspect it, does the necessary paperwork and hands over the keys. Go to get in and the front and back floors are covered in grass and mud. This was after the same agent had "inspected" it. I politely asked the pregnant agent standing outside if she could help me out and have it cleaned. She quickly had it sent to get cleaned.
