You really have to do some maintenance on your restrooms there, for a multi-billion dollar company, the front side and rear side of the store restrooms are being neglected, honestly surprised no one has called for an inspection. The handicap stall toilet is nearly falling off the wall, the locks on the stalls are damaged, and both are just unsanitary at times. I understand it is a restroom. But as much as the industry makes, I'm pretty sure they could take a closer look into this better.
Order a plays set for my granddaughter's birthday. Walmart said it would be ready for pick up on 10/4, but never arrived. I called again on the 5th and was told to come pick it up. Got to the store but the play set was no where to be found. The manager looked it up and it showed that it was still being shipped! So after 2 days late, I called again on the 6th but still no play set. Walmart you suck. Last time I order anything online...wouldn't dare to order food for pick up, no telling when it might be ready and how long it sat.
Normally, I would give the store a 4 star however this is the 3rd time I ordered from the deli department and either they made the wrong item or did not have it ready at all. Frustrating to deal with incompetent staff.
Do not shop online. Especially for the Holidays. Trust me you will not save time or money. They have a broken online system which does not communicate inventory correctly with stores. You may end up wasting hours and not even getting what you ordered. Their online customer service is routed to India with huge lack of service and communication barriers. So If you want your Holidays to run smoothly Target and Target Online is cheaper, faster, easier alternative with easy returns and free shipping. Also be aware that some Walmart online orders can not even be returned to Walmart, they have to be shipped at your expense back to the sub retailer or manufacture.
Manager unexpectedly screamed/shrieked in third person in front of everyone in customer service, screaming: "they can't return their stuff at MY store just because they're moving!!" I was returning defective items with receipt, and had told the girl at the counter I was moving, yet she told her manager that's why I was returning my items. I was very polite throughout the embarrassment, and instead was refused without reason, treated with disrespect and public defamation by the manager. When I called the same day to file a complaint, I was asked for my number and name with promise to have someone call me back, but never did.
