Manager Matthew needs to learn how to treat people better!
Had a problem with a phone on which I had just changed the area code. I described the problem and the lovely young lady staff person passed her svelte fingers over a keyboard, and like magic the phone was working perfectly. Now, that's what I call world class service.
Lousy service. Get your rebates in writing.
This store is fantastic. From the store manager, Brandon, to his crew of Drew, Chris, and Morgan. In a hyper competitive industry these guys stand out. Their knowledge of their plans and how they compete is top notch. The follow up with calls when they commit to calling you back. They support you after your purchase as well. Couldn't give a higher recommendation than what I would give to this store.
Extremely rude and don't care about their customers. A lady came in before I got service (luckily) being overcharged and charged for services that were never used or added and they told her "Oh well, but if you don't pay we will terminate your account and service. I said "Screw you and left"
