I received a gift certificate and was unable to use it because I was pregnant at the time and the gift certificate was not for a pregnancy massage. I've been trying to contact them for over a month to see if they would still honor the gift certificate but I have been unsuccessful. I've left several messages and they will not return my call! I do not recommend this business to anyone!
Do not waste your time or money!!!!! I received a gift certificate for my birthday. I left multiple messages to schedule an appointment over the phone over a period of several months. Unfortunately, I never received a call back. I finally went by Desert Beauty Day Spa in Rio Rancho on a Saturday morning and the office was closed. I then decided to schedule an appointment online because my gift certificate was about to expire. Scheduling an appointment online forces you to enter a credit card number before allowing you to complete the request. I went in for my appointment and was highly disappointed. When I arrived for my facial the person that did it did not introduce herself . When she saw that I had a gift certificate her whole attitude changed . She seemed irritated and rushed . When I asked her opinion she stated to me it's whatever you want . I decided to go with a chemical peel which I absolutely regret. I received more results from a microdermabrasion at Western dermatology on the first day then I did from this so-called chemical peel. The description for the facial I requested online states the facial is 60 minutes, I was literally there for about 30 minutes. Overall, this was a terrible experience.
Had a organic facial with Do Terra oils. It was the best facial I've ever had. The women that worked on my facial was very clean and gentle and maintained a professional attitude for the time I was there. She was very nice as well. I well definitely be going back.
Bad experience even before I got to massage room. The receptionis was rude and wouldn't even turn to greet me. She was eating a sandwich at her desk and seemed that was her priority. I could tell she wasn't the owner! Come to find out she was the one going to do my message. She came over to me in waiting area and said, "you ready to get this done"? As we were walking to the massage room I ask how long she had worked there. Her response was, "Long enough". I told her I didn't like her attitude and she made this a bad experience. I walked out before I let her touch me. I asked to speak to the owner, Angela Alderete, but was told she wasn't there. I said I would call her and Terra said, "You do that!". What an attitude. I will never again go back there!!! The only reason I even gave them a 2 star was because the place was clean.
We purchased a $250 gift card from this lady and now she won't accept it. She will not return any of my calls or anything. Her business is still their and the phone number is the same but she won't return any calls. So now I'm out $250. If anyone could tell me how I would go about taking some kind of action against this lady I would appreciate it. Just leave a message on my email @ danielleholtry (at) y mail (dot) com
