My grandmother lives here and it is truly an amazing place. A hired chef cooks all of the meals, and are pretty delicious. There is a movie theater, a library, and so many more amenities for the residents.
Very rude customer service. If they know what's good for them they get rid of the lady at the front desk. And I will be moving out my parents by the end of the week.
I moved my mom into a one bedroom on April 15, 2013 and have spent quite a bit of time with her. The food is fantastic and the facilities are top notch. My husband calls it a cruise ship with a zip code! My mom is extremely happy, and my mind is at ease with the excellent facilities and the caring and loving staff. I can recommend this facility with no reservations, and I am a former social worker and am now a chaplain....
Walked in to apply for a job just now, and the woman who "greeted" me very rudely and condescendingly told me "Why did you even come here? We don't have any ads posted, it makes no sense that you came here to apply for a job. We're not hiring". I've never encountered anyone as blatantly racist and prejudiced as I have just now. Completely despicable and unprofessional.
