What friendly and helpful staff! I love this place. It was so clean and very convenient to where we live. The bathrooms were immaculate. Thank you Janet for such a pristine experience. Keep up the good work!
Best laundromat in Rio rancho! Always clean, like a laundromat should be. Reasonable prices on machines. Did I mention that they have an 8 load capacity washer? And dryer? I always come here to wash my detail towels for my company.
I have been here several times this past month, since my dryer broke, and most of the attendants have been friendly, but after this event, I now go to the Corrales laundry mat, two extra miles, but we'll worth it. If you are headed in there, and see a lady that looks like big foot, turn around, because she is there to make it a horrible experience for everyone there. I will never go there again, and I intend to spread the word.
Clean, 24-hour laundromat. Very well-lit. Ample parking. Very large washers and dryers, including medium and small size machines. Request card from a machine on site, enter money on the card from the machine on site, use card for washers and dryers. Rolling baskets to move laundry, and hang clothes on bar across the basket if needed. Restroom on site. Vending machines, TV'S on site.
They lock the doors an hour and a half before closing time at 11pm, while the lit up sign in the parking lot states it is open 24 hours. I witnessed an attendant rant when a customer used the restroom after she cleaned it around 10:30. She yelled, and threw the broom to the floor like a cave man, while cussing.(I had my two children with me) Then she red faced rapidly walked in that customers direction. I'm not sure if she said anything to him, as I was on the other side. It was about 10 minutes til close, and myself and my children were the last ones there, this attendant say right next to us, and stared us down as we loaded out baskets in the cart to take to our car. At 10:58, she said its11! I said you see I'm loading the cart to take to my car, we are on our way out. Then I said she was being rude, and asked for her name, she refused. Then she said, I was drunk, and she smelled alcohol on me, I told her I didn't appreciate her accusations, and her behavior in front of my kids. I also told her she should find a job she likes, and it might improve her behavior. I told her I would be reporting her behavior to the owner, she said "I love my job", and to go ahead, because the owner is her best friend. I then said sarchasticly, "yeah it shows how much you love your job the way you are acting, and the way you threw the broom, and treated that guy that used the restroom". Then she says "did you see what mess he made in there?"... ummm no, I don't go in the men's restroom...
Staff is always in a good disposition to help and are friendly. The facility is most times clean and neat. Would like to see more garbage cans around especially near the driers. They do have plenty of the blue bins for the recycling. And, the best thing, in my opinion, you are able to sit down, enjoy a warm cup of coffee, provided by them and watch TV while your clothes are being either wash or dry. Excellent parking space too.
