Conveniently located in Rio Rancho for any events happening in Rio Rancho. I always stay here when I go to my daughter's softball tournaments the place is always clean and the staff is very friendly. Really it's the best place to stay in Rio Rancho hands down.
My first time here and the staff has been quite pleasant. It's currently 930pm & the Restaurant closes at 10pm and usually staff can be impatient when it's close to closing, but I have received exceptional service especially from Felma. She is delightful. Thank you for the hospitality.
Super clean. Super friendly helpful staff. Would have given 5 stars had the air conditioner in the room not smelled like burnt hair.
Negatives: broken t.v., broken treadmills, lights in bathroom don't work... hotel needs some tlc. Also the worst pillows I have ever tried to sleep with
