Whether it has been over the phone, via email, or in person; my visits with this particular storage unit property have been warm and welcoming! The property is clean, quiet, and I don't feel like I have been rushed through any of the process in getting a unit secured. This was easier than pushing the "EASY BUTTON" ! You can go online review their web site, get all your questions answered, reserve your storage space for several days, save money and time but the best part is when you drive up to Extra Space Storage "Misty" will be there to welcome you in! Both Misty and her assistant were pleasant, knowledgeable, smiling, informative, personable and professional! The facility was VERY CLEAN, cameras all around so you knew you were safe as well as your personal belongings. Easy access, lots of room for cars, trucks & more!

I recently moved from Seattle, WA to Albuquerque, NM. There are many pains in moving out of state, but Misty, the manager at Extra Space Storage, did everything she could to accommodate me. Upon meeting she was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate that the office and storage spaces are kept meticulously clean. Misty kept in communication with me during the coordination of the delivery of my belongings. What could have been a mess ended up being a thing of ease; my belongings were kept safe on the grounds while I was allowed to take my time unloading everything.
