My puppy looked and smelled the same as when I dropped her off! I asked for a bath, nail trim and teeth cleaning and paid $58. When we got home I noticed some nails were not trimmed, I had to trim them myself. I will not be going back there. This was our second time bringing her here because the first time we received great service. You could tell her fur coat was clean and brushed and they even gave her a bandana. This time she did not even look like she got a bath. Ugh very disappointed.
I usually don’t have a problem when I take my dog for a groom at my location, but yesterday I had bad service. I was told my dog’s rabies shots were not up to date and they could not find my proof of rabie shot documents in there system when I had them updated this year in the summer. They did call my veterinarian hospital, but didn’t follow procedure to call a after hour sister hospital who verified my dog’s rabie shot. So because of them not calling the sister hospital and sending me out of the store upset, that’s the reason for my rating. Eventually I got a groom for my dog yesterday but they did not take a extra step to verify my documents. I’m considering going to another store for my dog’s groom.

I had an amazing experience here with grooming, and Leanna took care of our puppies perfectly. I love their Halloween bandanas that they placed on my puppies! Very excited to go back. PS it's nice to know that there's a dog groomer that will remember your dogs by name I put the collars on the right dogs.
This store has a decent selection of accessories for your pets. The pets they do sell seem healthy and we'll taken care of. Local businesses have better service and competitive prices but don't always carry what you may need. Grooming service here is not competitive in price or skill when compared to less expensive locally owned shops.
