Hired this plumber to replace washing machine shut-off valves. He did not turn off the main shut-off valve, broke the pipe, & flooded my wood floors that buckled & warped & I had to replace. He also cut a hole in the wall to fix the pipe he broke & did a very shoddy job fixing it & scratched my brand new washer with his tools. He ended up charging me more $ "because he had extra work to fix the pipe & wall & used his wet vac to vacuum up the flood". He always asks to be paid in cash which sounds fishy. I also discovered he has no current license but his receipt, business card, & business van all say he is licensed.
