Avoid driving on southern if possible, it's so lumpy and potholes are everywhere. Nice stores though

Albertsons closed, but there's a good pho place, and Joes is ok.
Great location, good variety of banks, shops, stores, and restaurants, ample parking. There used to be a wonderful Albertson's Grocery Store there, but they have since gone out of business, which is very sad.
