Worst experience I've ever had in customer service. My unit was broken into, the woman on site claimed she didn't check the units for two days(even though that's her job?) when it happened and my most valuable possessions(sentimentally, not resale wise) were all stolen. Carla states there are no cameras and didn't give any empathy of the situation. She instead said, "I don't see any evidence that your stuff was even taken." She replaced my locks with one with ONE key when they come with two and on top of it all, when I spoke with one of the owners the conversation went:
Cheap rates, secure and remote location, ample storage options.
If all you need is a place to store stuff from your attic and garage without worry, this is a storage facility to consider without going overboard in features or cost.
Called to find out prices and availability did not like the ladies attitude at all very rude

When I was accusing them of NOTHING. DO NOT rent from here if you care about your person property at all!
