Vacuum machines are advertised as $2, yet charged my card $10 for 8.5 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous fee and I will be letting people know not to go to a business with false advertising and scam business practices.
A good car wash with working equipment. Kind of spendy though. There's one down in Bernellio for half the price but Brenda's is closer. Also beware of swiping a debit/credit card to wash your vehicle... it can add up real quick.
Has hot water...Nicer and brighter place since addition of Chic Filet next door.
my husband went their yesterday to wash our truck & said he would never go back. There is no apparent indication of the cost per minute & as a previous reviewer mentioned, the stop button doesn't work properly, he ended up getting charged over $14.00 on his credit card which he had no idea until he checked his online cc account because the machine also did not provide a receipt. On top of that he wasn't able to get the truck very clean, the equipment appears to be very outdated. He left with a bunch of dead bugs & dirt on his truck even though he worked really hard to get it clean. No one was in the office to complain to so he just left very frustrated & angry. Pretty sad because we prefer to give our business to small local companies in Rio Rancho
Their devices to pay with credit cards/atm is a big ripoff, go to atm first and get cash, they have change machines, it cost me 20 dollars to wash my vehicle for 5 minutes using the credit option, it costs you less if you use quarters! If I could give a negative rating I would
