RUN!!! I mean that in two ways. First, my wife took our vehicle there and when she finally hunted someone down for service she recieved the worst customer service ever. The place was filthy as were the mouths on the employees. So, if you value your vehicle, RUN the other way as fast as you can. My second meaning by stating RUN!!! is for one of the employees. My wife asked an employee if there was any way to get some white paint caused by fresh road stripping off. When the first employee asked the second the man right next to them he raised his voice towards my wife and shouted that "They weren't no F#$&ing paint removal company".... NO ONE raises their voice at my wife and they sure don't curse at her. So I repeat to this individual, RUN!!! You know who you are, I'll see you soon.
Paid $25.00 for a car wash....they were done in ten minutes....couldve done a better job at a self serve car wash....hardly vacuumed the car...gave it to me wet and when I asked if they could fix it the mgr in charge laughed...and said you only paid $25.00
I used to love this place! Today was terrible. Bugs still on the grill. Cue screen wiped with a greasy cloth. Tried to call, busy signal every time

Wow I'll never go back....im not one to post reviews, I just usually never go back, but their guys were rude and did a terrible job...
I have had nothing but PHENOMENAL experience when I bring my car here. I can't remember the name of what this place was prior, but, I stopped coming here for the longest time because of that place. With the new owner, who ever he is, he obviously knows what people expect! There was this gentleman named Scott, who I was told is the general manager, and he knows how to run his employees! He is super friendly and made sure i got exactly what i wanted. My car always comes out spotless and they go above and beyond everytime. I'm not one to leave reviews, but these guys deserve it! It's been a long time since I've been good customer service. I will admit, there is one employee (male) who always seems to have an attitude with everyone, but, what place doesn't have a rude employee at some point right? Keep up the work guys!
I would recommend spending $6 for a quick car wash than paying the higher amount for their service. If you do go, don't get the "bug and grime" wash. You'll have to tell them every time to actually get the bugs off. I just tried them for my third and last time to get it right. This time they have a new rude manager that does not care at all. (The last one was nice and really wanted his employees to do a good job) He said "as long as they fix the problem it's fine". I guess, but with a bad attitude and not fixing the problem... maybe not so fine if you want repete business. I will be going home to get the rest of the bugs off, wash my dashboard and clean my windows.
