They see you very quickly, meaning your not sitting waiting around. And all staff that I have spoken with is very calm to assist you with any questions. Carmen Moseley Suazo is very informative and truly listens and provides excellent feedback. I also have enjoyed all their referrals so I am seen with care
I have a wonderful provider but the service at this office is terrible. You can never get a hold of the front desk, I always have to wait 45 minutes past when my prescription time is to be seen, and the prescription line is awful. I have called the prescription line a number of times and have never gotten responses. Today I even tried to call the front desk and ask them to leave my provider message rather than the prescription line and they literally refused then forwarded my call to the prescription line without telling me what they were doing.
Terrible service. The front desk is rude, they never schedule you in a timely manner, and frankly it's a miracle to even be able to get ahold of the front desk. I have been trying to get a prescription filled for the past 5 days now. I Have called twice and my pharmacy has also faxed them multiple times. I will be finding another doctor after this.
I have been going here since 2012 and absolutely love the staff. They get you in quick and assist you on a sliding fee scale. If you have a prob with them, try changing your attitude =)
