Sometimes the staff can be a little moody. Equipment is clean and you can always find what you need.
This place is nice and clean, staff are always nice when you come and go. It can be busy at times but if you get there at the right time it's a perfect work out day. One thing, what is in the water at the fountain? Not good but when your bottle is empty it's all that's there unless you want to buy one.
Great gym. No classes but no fuss gym and live the massage options.
I work out at the Rio Rancho location 5 days a week and have been coming here almost since they opened. Previously at the Irving location. The friendly staff all greet me by name when I check in. The equipment is kept in good repair (except the massage beds always seem to be down) it is clean and there is an excellent variety of equipment to do a full rounded routine. The only neg I can see is the weekend hours as I like to get started Between 5 and 6 and they don't open until 7 on weekends and holidays. So overall the staff makes this place a step ahead of other locations.
Alliyahh and Renee are total cuties, and are awesome people as well. They have better equipment than the PF on irving also. And they are bigger. Marcy is cool too!
