Ordered last night, the pizza tasted a little undercooked, but fine otherwise. During the early morning, everyone had some sort of food poisoning. Obviously you can't trust them if they can't get their food cooked to the point where you arent going to get sick from it.
Good pizza. Good ingredients. Good people. The girl named Rianna is very nice and cute. I had a problem with my order and she can fix it professionally. Gonna come back here again!
Just received my delivery order. It was a free pizza through my rewards. This pizza was delicious... something the Ninja Turtles would do flips for. I have so many Pizza Delivery options on my side of town but THIS Papa John's never disappoints. They've gotten an order wrong but they remedied it and I left HAPPY. Excellent customer service and great Pizza. Delivery drivers they hire are always awesome. THANK YOU PAPA JOHN'S IN RIO RANCHO! YOU'RE APPRECIATED.
Over packed, I ordered 20 min ahead of time and still had to wait 15 min for carry out all while my pizza sat on the holding table because no one went to check. The lady up front seemed overwhelmed with no one helped her. Food was cold! Horrible experience.
Ordered a medium pizza, got a small. Didn't get our sauces. Thoroughly disappointed. Can you guys not read the orders correctly? I'm not the first this has happened too. Obviously the pizza is delicious but cmon.
