Ok for the kids. For adults pallet it seemed void of flavor and content. Cheese is main ingredient and cheese didn't go up to crust. Plenty of sauce however. Price of items is not completive. Reason I went there that day was for a wing experience and Pizza Hut experience knowing there was a mark up. But the 2 did not add up.
Pizza was good but the customer service SUCKS BAD we order wings and asked for ranch the very rude girl(wasn't wearing a name tag and wouldn't tell me her name) at the register said as she walked away from us they charge for ranch, and when we called her back all the workers as well as her standing there just ignored us and I called back to speak to the manger we still got ignored this is the WORST place I've ever been too. Save yourself the headache and just order from the other pizza hut in Rio Rancho they are so much nicer!

Ordered online a couple pizzas n wings to be ready by 6pm. We get there about 6:05 n wait for a few minutes n finally a girl came to the window very rude didn't even greet us just said "what's the name" than when I asked for ranch for our 12 piece hot wings I was told no and that they charge extra for that. Very rude and full of attitude. I will never ordered there again. Spent almost $40 n couldn't give us ranch really?! Not to mention the wings were dry the pizzas were not fresh they were more on the crispy side.
Do not order from this location. I made my order online at 7:15 pm at 9:00 pm still no pizza. No wonder Pizza Hut is going out of business. I called to cancel my order and all they said was we will credit your card. No explanation as to why i didnt get my order.
